Our venue, the Vythiri village, is located in the town of Vythiri, in Wayanad. The journey to Vythiri in itself will be a most memorable experience. Vythiri sits 2600 feet above sea level and whichever route yo opt to travel by, the final stretch of your journey will be through the most picturesque landscapes with winding hairpin bends, waterfalls small and big, dark and mystical forest roads and of course, any number to tourist viewpoints.
The nearest airport is the Calicut International Airport, Kozhikode, located at around 70 kms from our venue. It can also be reached from Kannur International Airport, which is 100 kms from Vythiri village, or from Mysuru Airport, which is around 140 kms away.
Nearest railway access points would be Kozhikode railway station, which is 60 kms away and Mysuru railway station, which is around 140 kms distant, from where you will be travelling by road to Vythiri.
NH 212 will take you from Kozhikode to Wayanad, through the Wayanad Churam also known as the Thamarassery Mountain pass. An unforgettable experience, this journey offers beautiful views of the picturesque plains below. The journey from Mysuru to Wayanad, on the other hand, takes you through the most beautiful forest roads, leading right through the Bandipur National park.
